"The underlying fundamentals of the euro-zone economy have improved dramatically over the last few years," says Peter Van Houte, head Europe economist for ING Wholesale Bank in Brussels.

Up, down - who cares? If American catches a cold, Europe barely sniffles.”
- 1. economic growth rate =
- 2. inflation rate =
- 3. fiscal revenue and expenditure =
- 4. financial situation =
- 5. exchange rate =
- 6. current account balance and trade balance =
・underlying(基本的な) ・improve(改善する)
・over(~の期間中)
