"U.S. to ease a variety of sanctions on Myanmar"
Moves would make way for foreign aid and first ambassador in decades. The Obama administration has announced its most significant moves yet to open relations with Myanmar, lifting the travel ban on its senior leaders and easing some sanctions that have starved the country of most U.S. investments for more than two decades.
