不良債権
不良債権 （nonperforming loan ）とは、 回収困難な債権のことです。
"5 credit cooperatives may get aid"
The Shinkumi Federation Bank, the central bank for credit cooperatives,
is considering providing financial
help of about ￥5 billion to five credit cooperatives by the end of March, sources familiar with the
matter said Monday.
The aim is to restore the financial health of
the regional lenders, whose
balance sheets have been hurt
by increased write-downs of nonperforming
loans amid the recession, they added.

信用協同組合 （credit cooperatives） の中央金融機関である 全国信用協同組合連合会 （the Shinkumi Federation Bank ）が、 傘下の５信組に資金援助をするという記事です。
