GPIF
日本の公的年金である、国民年金及び厚生年金の管理・運用を行っている年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人（GPIF：Government Pension Investment Fund） が、5年ぶりに赤字を出したという記事です。株式市場の影響による赤字額は、5兆円ほどで、 前回の損出は、世界金融危機に突入した年度にだした9.3兆円でした。
"￥5 trillion loss set for GPIF: sources"
The public pension fund lost more than ￥5 trillion in fiscal 2015 because of weakness on the nation's stock market, Sources said Friday.
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's administration shook up the Government Pension Investment Fund's investment rules in late 2014, allowing it to invest more heavily in equities both in Japan and overseas.
The opposition Democratic Party slammed the government for scheduling the official release of the data on July 29, after the July 10 Upper House election. It accused the government of trying to bury bad news.
It was the first loss for the GPIF in five years. The fund's previous loss record was an eye-watering ￥9.3 trillion in the year that ended in March 2009, when global financial markets plunged at the start of the global financial crisis.

記事によりますと、今回の損出は、安倍政権が、2014年にGPIFの資産運用を変更し、国内外の株式に、より多く投資することを認めた後で生じた損出で、その発表を 遅らせたのは、今回行われる参議院選挙に悪影響を及ぼすのを恐れた為だと、野党が批判しているとのことです。
GPIFのホームページによりますと、「GPIFは、厚生労働大臣から寄託を受け、年金積立金の管理・運用を行い。その収益を国庫に納付することにより、厚生年金保険事業及び 国民年金事業の運営の安定に資することを目的としています」となっています。
現在のGPIFの資産構成割合（基本ポートフォリオ）は、下記の通りで、国内外の株式割合は、トータルで50％になっています。
